You seem to be adding inter-language links to various articles, and it appears that you are not aware that, in general, inter-language links are implemented through wikidata. --David Biddulph (talk) 13:31, 15 December 2017 (UTC)
I see that you have also been told this on a number of other language Wikipedias, and that you have been blocked from editing on at least two of those languages.
