One is that you omitted the newline before the first parameter; second, even after that is fixed, it won't archive anything until there are more than 4 threads, because you have set |minthreadsleft=4. Misza is not active and it seems their bot's job was taken over by User:ArchiveBot, which is ran by a different user. I found it through the user page style guide under "Your Scripts", but I cannot figure out how to make it work. Longer answer: it was deleted in August 2020, around about the time that Miza13 left for good.
