I read you list this under "dead links": Mar 2, 2012 9:56:57 PM GMT -- HTTP 500 with URL "http://cmiskp.echr.coe.int/tkp197/view.asp?item=1&portal=hbkm&action=html&highlight=Republican%20%7C%20Party%20%7C%20of%20%7C%20Russia&sessionid=87531092&skin=hudoc-en" (link search) on RID 479884053 (diff) on page Kaliningrad Oblast Election, 2011

I checked the link, it is definitely not a dead link, but as it links to an official database of the European Court for Human Rights it takes more seconds than other pages to open. --Minorities observer (talk) 22:16, 2 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

As it is posted above, the link does not work for me. I receive an error of
"msxml4.dll error '80004005' - Required property does not have a valid value - /tkp197/xml.inc, line 84
Regardless, in the more general case and as the header-text to the dead-links postings indicate, HTML errors can occur for a number of reasons and may not be repeatable on subsequent retries. If this is the case, just ignore the post or remove it altogether. Thanks, West.andrew.g (talk) 15:31, 4 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
