Request reason:

I have been blocked with the accusation of being an obvious sockpuppet, but I refute this claim as just because I have uploaded some images does not make me a sockpuppet, all the images I have uploaded to wikimedia commons are all legit and with in the copyright agreement, some currently say "the message was not sufficient to confirm permission for this file" but this is wrong as I have forwarded emails proving that I have been given permisson, but of course for some over zealous individuals this isn't good enough, though another administrator has kindly agreed to look over them. On the page where I am accused of being a sockpuppet an administrator actually says that the check user only shows that I am in the same country as the sockpuppeter and I have looked over the other sockpuppets and they are centred around a licence called the Open Government Licence, as you will see none of my images use that licence so I don't understand how I am being linked to the other sockpuppets. Just because somebody uploads images does not mean that they are a sockpuppet, as does being a muslim mean you are a terrorist, no, does being Irish mean you support the IRA, no, so I think that it is unfair that because I have uploaded a certain type of image I am being tarnished. Plus I have done nothing wrong as you will see from my earlier images that the emails I forwarded were fine and so the images were subsequently added to their respective wikipedia articles. I am asking to be unblocked as I would like to continue adding the images to wikipedia that I upload. Thank you for your time. Wide Awake Again (talk) 00:05, 1 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
