[edit]Hello, I'm Vanderwaalforces. I noticed that you recently removed content from Ehengbuda without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Until you’re ready to explain how the content you’re removing is opinionated and provide your own sources, please don’t make edits like this again. Vanderwaalforces (talk) 19:40, 15 August 2024 (UTC)
- Hello. I accurately explained why. There was no source to what was written. Wikipedia works on citations. I thought this was the case? No? Do I need to provide my sources to remove inaccurate information? If someone writes anything they want and provide zero sources for it, for me to remove it I need to provide a source on why it is wrong? How does that work? Wiisstlo (talk) 22:04, 15 August 2024 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. Editors are expected to treat each other with respect and civility. On this encyclopedia project, editors assume good faith while interacting with other editors, which you did not appear to do at Ehengbuda. Here is Wikipedia's welcome page, and it is hoped that you will assume the good faith of other editors and continue to help us improve Wikipedia!
Per WP:LEADCITE, citations are not required in the lead section for material that is sourced in the body. Additionally, this edit removed perfectly-valid citations for no reason while rudely and incorrectly demanding "give sources for your claims", "don't write something with no proof". While you are a relative newcomer to Wikipedia and thus will be provided some leeway in your editing, this will not extend indefinitely.
We all make mistakes; the important thing is that we learn from them. ~~ AirshipJungleman29 (talk) 22:50, 15 August 2024 (UTC)
- My comment wasn't rude but thanks for stopping by. Wiisstlo (talk) 23:39, 15 August 2024 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for September 22
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited African black soap, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Yoruba. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
