Hi

Hi! I checked your user page, and you seem neat. Like you, I'm also relatively new, and I'm also a Recent Changes Patroller. I found you when you and I were both putting a warning message on an unruly IP address. Hey :) --SlightlyMad 00:41, 23 December 2006 (UTC)

Revert with the Quickness

I apologize for my revert, my popups reverted a little late, and to the wrong instance. I was two seconds away from self-reverting, but you beat me to it. Once again, apologies. PumeleonT 01:39, 24 December 2006 (UTC)

Furthermore, I would appreciate you striking out the edit you made to my user talk page with an explanation of the events that transpired, so it dosn't seem like I intentionally vandalized. Thank you. PumeleonT 01:41, 24 December 2006 (UTC)

Nevermind, I simply removed it as the warning was unwarranted and innapropriate, per WP:VAND. PumeleonT 01:45, 24 December 2006 (UTC)

It's all cool. Just be a bit more careful with the warnings, especially when the edit summary seems automated. 99% of the time, reverts like that are unintentional. :3 *hugs* PumeleonT 01:48, 24 December 2006 (UTC)

I'm sorry I just got emotional. John Hodgman's book describes himself as an excessively tweedy literary figure. ---- —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.193.60.189 (talkcontribs)

O, by the way

That guy who is vandalizing your page is being considered for blocking. I think it will go through. Joecool94 18:23, 1 January 2007 (UTC)

Your username

I saw you posting a warning message on a vandal's talk page and I was thinking that you were a bot or something. The reason I'm leaving a note is that I thought you might run up against a complaint about your username violating the username policy. The policy seems gray in some areas but you might want to review it yourself Username policy. I'd hate to see you build up a reputation as a RC Patroller only to have to change your username. Good Luck. -- Mufka (user) (talk) (contribs) 03:22, 11 January 2007 (UTC)

The witches of Belvoir

Um, I'm sure you meant well, but it's not vandalism. I grew up in Leicestershire, and I can assure you it really is pronounced 'beaver'. So I'm going to chnage the article back. 81.151.231.225

Too Quick!

I had a second tab open on User talk:209.66.200.19 and you beat me to it; did you try reverting too and I beat you to that? ;) — RevRagnarok Talk Contrib 21:48, 8 February 2007 (UTC)

Yeah... I think that's what happened. I tried to revert, but you beat me. I use JS, so it automatically opened his talk page when I tried to revert and I put up the warning. Sorry about that! The page is fixed and he/she has been warned, so it's all good! Wikieditor06 21:53, 8 February 2007 (UTC)

Weird messages about editing pages

Somehow my ip address is getting charged with vandelism of pages I didn't even use. Did my IP address get scrabbled or are you mistaking me for someone else because I certiantly don't remember visiting Butt or Yellow Pages? I'm not aware of my ip address being shared that I know of and I'm just finding this really strange to get this message. 162.84.75.89

I went back and double checked the user contributions of your IP address, and it shows that you edited Butt and Yellow Pages along with a few others all on December 23 or 24, 2006. I'm not an expert with IP addresses, so I guess there is a possibility that someone else shares your IP. In any case, if you would like to make useful contributions to Wikipedia, I suggest creating your own username. Feel free to leave me a message if you have any questions or need help. The Angel Barnstar
Thanks for reverting the vandalism on my school's page (Samford University). SU Linguist 18:49, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
You're welcome, SU Linguist. Thanks for the barnstar! Wikieditor06 03:10, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

Thank you

Thank you for reverting the vandalism to my page. I imagine the guy was ticked off due to my reverting of some of his disruptive edits. Thanks again. -- Gravitan(Talk | Contribs) 18:24, 28 July 2007 (UTC)

question on reverts

you edit conflicted me while i was trying to revert a vandal, anyways i want to know how to revert farther than back to the previous revision Invinciblechampion (talk) 04:36, 29 January 2008 (UTC)

I use Twinkle, but there are many other tools available to help in removing vandalism. Hope that helps! Wikieditor06 (talk) 04:39, 29 January 2008 (UTC)

Your rollback request

Hello Wikieditor06, I have granted your account rollback in accordance with your request. Just remember that rollback should only be used for reverting vandalism, and that misuse (either by using them to revert good-faith edits or to revet-war) can lead to its removal. For practice, you may be interested in seeing Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback. Good luck. Acalamari 18:55, 23 July 2008 (UTC)

America West Express

You used Huggle at the same time I did.

Check my edit. I reverted vandalism, and you reverted the page back to the blank page.

Remove my warning.

TheSuave (talk) 18:36, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

Sorry about that... automated warning. I removed the warning. Wikieditor06 (talk) 18:38, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

Lyla fart

I've now reported her at AIV, lets hope they do something about it. - Sorfane 13:38, 4 August 2008 (UTC)

Great... hopefully they can get rid of her and the page at the same time. Wikieditor06 (talk) 13:41, 4 August 2008 (UTC)

Biovista Wikipedia entry

Hi

I am not sure for what reason you are labeling this page as advertising.

When the page was first labeled as such I took good notice. Being new to Wikipedia I realized that I had forgotten some useful information like sections on research projects and external links. I also looked very carefully at other companies like Pfizer and InforSense to see their general style and attempted to follow those.

I have included an entry on Biovista because I think they are active in a very important area, at a time when drug development is undergoing a transition in terms of technologies and how new treatments for disease are developed. This company happens to be doing some interesting work on a couple of fronts (e.g database design and text mining as well as predicting unwanted side effects of drugs) and therefore are potentially of interest to a significant number of Wikipedia users. It therefore has significant encyclopedic value since users can obtain a new perspective on drug development following the various scientific areas that the company is working on.

If in your opinion it is a matter of style let me know what you don't like and I will be glad to address it. Even better I'd appreciate your opinion on how the section you do not approve of should be modified.

Thanks. Xtisths (talk) 13:47, 4 August 2008 (UTC)

I re-marked the page for speedy deletion because the tag was removed. If you believe the article should not be deleted, please add the {{hangon}} tag beneath the tag for speedy deletion and state your reasons on the talk page. Thanks. Wikieditor06 (talk) 13:50, 4 August 2008 (UTC)
