Information icon Hello, I'm Zekenyan. I noticed that you made a change to an article, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Zekeyan, you are right I re-posted only and surely thanks to the Scholar who posted it. Umar Walshama(WilinWili Somalis call him) is my Grand/Grandfather, so this touches me personaly. Sadly you are asking me the source even though I didn't wrote any of this Article and at sametime our people in east Africa were oral society, who didn't recorded historical facts. Surely my father told me about Grandfather WilinWili Dynasty. Now, Zekeyan thank you for waking me to start writing a Book, about my Grandfther WilinWili. Feysal W.

Write the book and have it published and come back to add it in here. Until then it will be removed. Zekenyan (talk) 15:18, 26 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Zekeyan I was Re-posting to support the Scholar who posted originally the article, it seem someone edited and distorted the whole article and for some of us is very emotional touchy subject and for you I don't understand on what basis you are removing it, unless you are the decedent one of those who hate Ifat Sultanate or Umar WilinWili for that matter.

It is an encyclopedia the onus is on you to provide a reliable source. You can not just add content without a source. Zekenyan (talk) 05:38, 27 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Zekenyan it sad I am a monthly paying member, do you work for Wikipedia you asking me a source I didn't claim I put it in the first place, secondly, you are threatening me, as I did something wrong, of course I re-posted the same Factual information that relates to me, even though I didn't post, edit or removed, a previous scholar posted years ago, someone edited and removed so much of the article who? if you recall there was dispute for a longtime, that expedia services explain to us consumers to wait till last August, this sounds political not educational to help the public, to my opinion it will end in court of law. If you work for wikipedia please go back to to your records and explain to me why removing it to day the article was the same for many years that is what I don't understand Zekeyan.

There was a consensus to remove that unsourced material on the talk page [1]. Kindly stop your disruption and discuss your edits on the articles talk page. Zekenyan (talk) 18:45, 27 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Warning[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Zekenyan (talk) 05:36, 27 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Edit warring at Walashma dynasty[edit]

Stop icon with clock
You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for edit warring, as you did at Walashma dynasty. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.

See the discussion above for explanation. You are reverting to restore unsourced material about someone's ancestry. The third example is here. Wikipedia can't make use of oral traditions. We require print or online published sources which are considered reliable. (Realistically, how would we go about verifying an oral tradition, to be sure someone didn't make up the claim? Would we finance an expedition?) EdJohnston (talk) 19:10, 27 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

EdJohnson: Sir, it was not my intention to edit or change any material on wikipedia in general, I only reacted when someone decided to remove, edit or change parts of Walashma Dynasty for no reason, not knowing their motive of doing that what previous Scholars posted that is correct source. finally Edjohnson, please give Oral history and their Poatry for East African people, since, that was the only way they were passing valuable information to each other. I know so because my Father told us the histry of our Grand/Grand Father Umar Walahma Dunyahus(Cumar WilinWili Dunyahoos in Somali). As far as the Block, I was Just Re-posting what was part of the article, for the last four years, as previous Scholar posted and someone removed it. Mr. Zekeyan didn't expain to me on what basis he is removing the correct information, the previous Scholar posted. Finally I found i the Internet close to 21 pages, of Zekeyan, who call him self Scholar argument and counter argument of several Scholars and members of Wikipedia in Wikipedia pages. I am newcomer to Wikipedia and I don't mind leaving and quitting to participate, this headache, but I would appreciate to look the motives of Zekeyan to Walashma Dynasty and if he is from the Horn of Africa. Blaming others is not persuasive. What matters is your own behavior. See WP:NOTTHEM. If you can't or won't limit yourself to material that comes from reliable sources, you probably don't belong on Wikipedia. EdJohnston (talk) 13:40, 28 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Frankly I don't give dam about these fake wikipidia, to hell with you all, Stop Using my Grand/Granfathers Name and I wish If I listen to my Graduate professors who told us no to use Wikipedia as a Reference, for our term papers, now I know Why.
