You can provide your own image. The country it is taken in decides the copyright holder and the copyright holder has to upload it or provide permisson through WP:OTRS. All images must have a 'free license' though. You have to allow anyone to use it for anything including commercial uses. Commercial uses would be difficult because you would have to legally allow your personality rights. The copyright holder can legally insist on credit in a prominent place whenever the image is used as well. This can be a name, company, website, etc. If you upload it to commons then other language wikipedias can use it as well.--Canoe1967 (talk) 19:11, 23 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
