Undefined sfn in Wicklow–Wexford (Dáil constituency)

Hi, in this edit to Wicklow–Wexford (Dáil constituency) you replaced <ref>https://ec-report.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/constituency-review-report-2023.pdf</ref> with {{sfn|BGI|1996}}. OpenStreet Map County Carlow

Caps

Good question! Government --> government was the easiest call, being a commonplace word, even when part of a formal title, so it was the first one I approached it with. But I can't see why it wouldn't also apply for executive council and ministry. FWIW, I've noticed that the Irish Times now uses lowercase for taoiseach. All that said, I'd be hesitant about moving to the same for Dáil or Seanad, as in 33rd dáil, even if arguably the same principle applies. (By the way, thanks for catching and reverting a false positive in a heading when I was going through them; the AWB is efficient, but I do need to watch out!)
