Welcome!

Hello, Wimmeljan, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as Nik software, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines, and may soon be deleted.

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Nik software requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Lakokat 06:52, 25 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

October 2013

[edit]

Hello, I'm Cst17. I noticed that you recently removed all content from Muscular, with this edit, without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, I restored the page's content. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Cst17 (talk) 11:37, 31 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Muscular

[edit]

Hallo, you an existing redirect from "Muscular" to Muscle, to create the new article about the NSA/GCHQ program. That left many incoming links misdirected. There is no evidence that the spy program is the primary topic of the word "Muscular", so I have moved the new article to Muscular (surveillance program), reinstated the longstanding redirect, and added a hatnote to Muscle to help readers find the new article. Please do not overwrite existing redirects in this way, as it breaks existing links within the encyclopedia. If you believe that the new article should be at the base title "Muscular", then you need to go to WP:RfD to argue that the existing redirect should be changed. ... and you would need to fix the 100+ incoming links to "Muscular", perhaps piping them all to Muscle. I've just fixed the two incoming links which related to the spy program. PamD 08:15, 7 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
