The fact that you have this page (I linked here from somewhere, not sure where :-), proves to me that you're intentions are only for the good of Wikipedia. Sorry I didn't make it to your RFA to review you, but this is very telling to me about your motivations. I'm looking forward to your next RFA down the road. Keep up the good editing, glad to see that RFA (which I find to be a brutal environment), didn't take all the wind out of your sails. If you ever need anything, feel free to ask on my talkpage. - I'll also note that you mentioned "admin coaching". While I agree that WP:ADCO may be a good environment for some editors to improve themselves, I would suggest exploring your options for how to improve as an editor, and not just options for "how to become an admin". Many editors that are arriving at RFA are being opposed simply because of the perception (right or wrong) that they've been "coached to pass" instead of just "coached". One idea you can read that I'm personally involved in is User:Pedro/Mentoring. A different venue that is all about improving our contributions, not necessarily to become an admin, but to become a better Wikipedian. Sorry for rambling on here, thanks for reading!
