Welcome and thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test on the page Thea Gill worked, and it has been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment further, please use the sandbox instead. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Could you please explain what it is you are trying to do on the Gill article? You appear to be removing content and de-linking the article from other articles. 4twenty42o (talk) 12:49, 10 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I think you need to read conflict of interest before you go any further. As well as our manual of style section. Please also understand that while not a policy, it is polite to leave an edit summary. But since your edits have been challenged you should really discuss further changes on the article talk page. For one thing the way you are editing is wrong. You are removing content and wiki-links, as well as using all capital letters in the article which in internet speak is the equivalent to YELLING. If i can be of any further assistance let me know on my talk page. Cheers.. - 4twenty42o (talk) 20:00, 10 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I left a reply to your recent edits on the article talk. I suggest you look there and open a dialogue before considering further edits. - 4twenty42o (talk) 13:34, 13 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I read the talk and understand that I may have been doing things in the wrong format! I am trying to correct that. I would like you to look at Thea's iActor page. This page not only requires an ID & Password, but you must also be a paid registered actor with SAG (Screen Actors Guild) If you scroll to the bottom you will see the same exact bio that we want to update with as well as her updated credits and photo we would like to update with. If we are ok with this being the secured site which you require, I will look to format the bio to your standards and hopefully we can all move forward with this. If you want to make sure I have access to the iActor page I will gladly make a change of your choosing on it so you can see I am legit and work with Thea Gill. http://www.sag.org/iactor/TheaGill Thank you again, for your time and help with this!(Wonkygirl1 (talk) 15:02, 16 July 2011 (UTC))[reply]

Other than you need reliable sources...I really don't know I am going to place a help me on the article talk page and point the person who answers in your direction. BLP issues are really beyond me. - 4twenty42o (talk) 18:35, 18 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Please see [1], which is a response from someone uninvolved and with more knowlege about this than I, to the questions about editing you have brought up. - 4twenty42o (talk) 22:07, 18 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
You also need to purge your vocabulary of all the sparkly peacock words that Hollywood bedazzles writing with: "accomplished" "acclaimed" "celebrated" "landmark" "Grammy-winning" and the like have no place in an article written with a genuinely neutral point of view. Their use is going to hurt you here. --Orange Mike | Talk 20:57, 2 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Oh: and stop referring to the subject as "Thea" instead of "Gill"! --Orange Mike | Talk 20:59, 2 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
