That means it was not cited to any source and looked like it was your own personal analysis of WHO's Disability Adjusted Life Expectancy suitability as a measure of the quality of health care in the U.S.. Wikipedia doesn't publish original research and opinions of editors, it publishes what can be verified from reliable sources. If you can source this analysis to an appropriate source then feel free to re-add it.
