FINAL LEGAL NOTICE Refraining from Certain Activities



In accordance to the Wikimedia Foundation’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct I am hereby to demand the removal of the following content:

This demand is based on the following grounds:

1. Terms of Use Section 4 4. Refraining from Certain Activities particularly Subsections Harassing and Abusing Others - Engaging in harassment, threats, stalking, spamming, or vandalism; and Engaging in False Statements, Impersonation, or Fraud - Intentionally or knowingly posting content that constitutes libel or defamation; http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Terms_of_Use#13._Disputes_and_Jurisdiction 2. Code of Conduct Policy Section 1 Treat other people with respect - In general, people acting on the Foundation’s behalf should aim to be honest and ethical in their dealings with each other, with community members, project users, partners, suppliers and the public. http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Code_of_conduct_policy


According to the Wikimedia Foundation’s Code of Conduct Policy introductory notes This policy is maintained by the Wikimedia Foundation to apply to Foundation activities and All Wikimedia staff and members of the board of trustees are required to abide by this Code of Conduct. It is also intended to provide guidance for volunteers the presumption that Editors are acting on behalf of Wikimedia Foundation is therefore fully valid.

Additionally, this Code of Conduct is to apply to Editors because they act as volunteers on a voluntary basis for the Wikimedia Foundation. Therefore, they are fully obliged to comply with the above mentioned Section 1 – Threat other people with respect contained in the document Code of Conduct.


REQUEST:

For the above mentioned reasons I am hereby fully authorized to demand immediate, unconditional, complete, and permanent removal of the marked sections, content and links as being described hereby.

Please be advised that I will continue with these type of actions I am fully entitled to until my rightful demands are not completely fulfilled.





LEGAL NOTE:

This document, including its associated demands is entirely based and supported by the official regulations, rules, and recommendations of the Wikimedia Foundation as being mentioned hereby.

With an honest hope that this issue will be resolved in a peaceful manner and with no further delays or additional legal actions including court procedures I am expecting your answer and full compliance.
