Ah, OK. The problem is that, "officially", if your account from 2008 is indefinitely blocked then you shouldn't be editing with any other account, including this one. So it is probably better to sort that out.
I see the old account is indefinitely blocked with talk page access revoked... and I also see comments there about "no second chance" this time. However, three years is a long time.
