- "It was broadcast once again in the late 1990s as part of the ABC's youth series Recovery."
Um, what? If you're going to make such a claim, could you please back it up? I certainly don't recall this ever taking place! Fastbak77 10:34, September 5, 2005 (UTC)
- I have responded on your talk page. I don't see why I must back up my claim made to a list of reported sightings, yet somehow you are immune yourself. — Yama 16:18, 8 September 2005 (UTC)
- If someone wants to correct me on my claims, then great, so as long as there's proof extant to that end. And no, I'm not a lawyer, but prior to the Nine Network obtaining the screening rights, Channel Ten aired the Star Wars films , along with the Holiday Special. Ergo, I strongly doubt that the ABC could've aired the Holiday Special on 'Recovery' - at least, in its entirety. I suspect that it may have been excerpted, though (that makes more sense from a legal standpoint, as it'd come under 'fair use' for journalistic purposes) - it'd be pretty much along the lines of what the show covered (like Monkey, as you pointed out). Hello!
[edit]Are you an Indian living in Australia? You are not alone if you are. There are many prolific editors with a similar background including me, User:Riana, User:Nobleeagle, User:Venu62 and User:Sardaka. It is nice too see Indian Australians thriving at Wikipedia. - You are like me! I was born here but my parents originate from Delhi/Punjab. Which city do you live in? I live in Sydney btw. GizzaChat © 10:41, 3 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit]I noticed the message you recently left on User talk:Allen1221. Please remember to try not to bite the newcomers. Thank you. Most of Allen1221's edit changes are content/grammar related and are not strictly vandalism. Please consider using lower-level vandalism notices before jumping to vand4. Thanks! You may want to check on your WP:AN/I request, as it has been marked resolved. Cheers! Tiptoety 06:30, 1 November 2007 (UTC)
Autobot City
[edit]A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Autobot City, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}

Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}}

[edit]how was user:Allen1221 vandalizing?? he was making grammatical edits he thought were necessary. talk about biting the newcomers....ElisaEXPLOSiONtalk. 15:53, 8 February 2008 (UTC)
- maybe i saw that, and maybe you should just take my advice. everyone hates certain admins cuz theyre so harsh. this isnt a pay-to-edit thing. i realize there are rules, and some people break them. but that just seemed a little extreme. cheers, ElisaEXPLOSiON
talk.13:44, 13 February 2008 (UTC)- HE WASNT INTENTIONALLY VANDALIZING. how do u not get that? he made good-faith edits, believing he was helping the cause, but SOMEONE likes tasty little nooblets, and chewed him up. just because he might not have an A in english class doesnt constitute a block. maybe english isnt even his first language. those edits were not bad enough for a block. other people edit this encyclopedia. they would have seen the grammatical errors and cleaned them up a bit. you're not the only one that edits here, so calm down. ElisaEXPLOSiON
talk.13:38, 14 February 2008 (UTC)- haha wow. can we just like, not talk about this anymore? this is getting kinda ridiculous, and i hate it when people are mad at me. im sorry. start over? :] ElisaEXPLOSiON

Notification: changes to "Mark my edits as minor by default" preference
[edit]Hello there. This is an automated message to tell you about the gradual phasing out of the preference entitled "Mark all edits minor by default", which you currently have (or very recently had) enabled.
On 13 March 2011, this preference was hidden from the user preferences screen as part of efforts to prevent its accidental misuse (consensus discussion). This had the effect of locking users in to their existing preference, which, in your case, was true
. To complete the process, your preference will automatically be changed to false
in the next few days. This does not require any intervention on your part and you will still be able to manually mark your edits as being 'minor'. The only thing that's changed is that you will no longer have them marked as minor by default.
For established users such as yourself there is a workaround available involving custom JavaScript. If you are familiar with the contents of WP:MINOR, and believe that it is still beneficial to the encyclopedia to have all your edits marked as such by default, then this discussion will give you the details you need to continue with this functionality indefinitely. If you have any problems, feel free to drop me a note.
Thank you for your understanding and happy editing :) Editing on behalf of User:Jarry1250, LivingBot (talk) 19:21, 14 March 2011 (UTC)
