Information icon Hi Yesfan001! I noticed that you have reverted to restore your preferred version of Symphonic Music of Yes several times. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.

All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree at Talk:Symphonic Music of Yes, please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. Thank you. Wikishovel (talk) 12:59, 3 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Wikishovel. I believe you are mistaken in your view that I have reverted the edits for the Symphonic Music of Yes article several times. I recently made one reversion of an edit to the article by Calors771, and I added back the CD cover image to the article. I haven't made any other changes to the article since I created it in 2008.
The only reason I made those recent changes was due to a notification from Wikipedia that the CD cover image (which I originally uploaded) was no longer associated with any articles, and was going to be removed from Wikipedia by June 6, 2024. That was the first indication I had that something was amiss with the article. I did not have a "watch" on the article, but I have one on there now.
The user that has made multiple reverted edits recently is Calors771. That account says it is a sock puppet account for another account - Dylan Florida. Both of those accounts have been blocked indefinitely for abusive edits. The change that Calors771 keeps making is to insert a #REDIRECT to the article for the London Philharmonic Orchestra. This has the net effect of removing the existing article on the Symphonic Music of Yes album completely from Wikipedia. I am not a Wikipedia expert, and have never seen or used the #REDIRECT tag before. I don't know why Calors771 wants to put the #REDIRECT tag in the article. I am simply trying to keep an article that I created and am interested in from disappearing from Wikipedia.
I hope that my explanation makes sense, and that you will not be opposed to reverting the change you made that re-inserted the #REDIRECT tag in the Symphonic Music of Yes article. Thank you. Yesfan001 (talk) 16:59, 3 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
