Deleting material

[edit]

I note that you deleted material from a couple of articles. In the case of Christian Legal Centre, your explanation in the edit summary may refer to personal knowledge; it's better to wait until the matter is in the public domain, as Wikipedia is built from WP:reliable sources. In that case, the citations that had been provided did not mention the Christian Legal Centre, so it was fine for that paragraph to be deleted from the caselist anyway.

Actually it does mention the CLC. I've reinstated the paragraph in question. 77.103.71.10 (talk) 22:49, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You also deleted appropriately-sourced content from Christian Concern For Our Nation. A "criticism" section is usually a valid heading to be included in an encyclopedia article, especially about an organisation or activist, so I have restored it. Feel free to rewrite any parts that are poorly-expressed, or remove statements that are irrelevant to the article or go beyond the citation provided, but please always seek to be objective.

I hope this does not discourage you from contributing to Wikipedia -- it has become a pleasurable hobby for me! Do leave a note on my talk page or click the link to email me from if you would like to discuss this further. Kind regards, Fayenatic (talk) 21:48, 4 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
