Vari-Prop, founded in 2004 by Larry Morgan, is an American manufacturer of composite propellers for homebuilt and light-sport aircraft. The company headquarters was originally located in Cottonwood, California and is now in Beaverton, Oregon.[1][2]

The company's line of propellers has been under development since 1988 and consists of variable-pitch, ground-adjustable and constant-speed propellers.[1][2]
