Vattanac Bank is a retail and commercial bank of Cambodia. It was founded in 2002 and is based in Phnom Penh. Branch offices are located in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.

The bank operates an automated teller machine network, with ATMs in several locations in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.[1] The bank also developed Vattanac Capital, Cambodia's first skyscraper.
