Vera Ivanovna Krasnova (Russian: Вера Ивановна Краснова, born April 3, 1950) is a Russian speed skater who competed for the Soviet Union in the 1972 Winter Olympics and in the 1976 Winter Olympics.
She was born in Omsk.
In 1972 she won the silver medal in the 500 metres event.
Four years later she finished fifth in the 500 metres competition of the 1976 Games.
