Villa Verde, Bàini in sardinian language, is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Oristano in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 70 kilometres (43 mi) northwest of Cagliari and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) southeast of Oristano. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 370 and an area of 17.3 square kilometres (6.7 sq mi).[3]

Villa Verde borders the following municipalities: Ales, Palmas Arborea, Pau, Usellus, Villaurbana.
