Vincent Buys is an American politician of the Republican Party. He is a member of the Washington House of Representatives, representing the 42nd district. He is the current ranking member of the House Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee. He Also serves on the Appropriations Committee and the Appropriations Subcommittee on General Government and IT[2] [3][4]
