Kellam Road and Constitution Drive were two planned light rail stations on the proposed Tide Light Rail line extension towards Virginia Beach, Virginia, U.S., These stations, along with Witchduck Road was to open in late 2019 or early 2020, however, due to the 2016 Virginia Beach City referendum regarding light rail being a no-majority, work on light rail has been ceased as of December 2016. The station was to serve the Virginia Beach Town Center. The Town Center area had up to six possible locations, but after a 30% Prelimiary Design study, narrowed them down to Kellam Road at the Western portion of the area and Constitution Drive at the Eastern end of the Town Center will be situated on former Norfolk Southern owned track which is now owned by the city. Eventual plans call for the light rail to be extended to the Oceanfront, however it is uncertain if light rail or even bus rapid transit will be constructed at this time.
