WBLH / W283CC (92.5 & 104.5FM, called "TUNES") is a mix formatted Radio station(s) in Black River, New York. The station's license is currently held by RadioActive, LLC (controlled by Randy Michaels). However, under a local marketing agreement, WBLH is operated by Intrepid Broadcasting; Intrepid ultimately plans to buy the station outright.[1]

The station first went on the air in July 2008 and had a format much more diverse than their format now. Anything from 1930's music onward to television theme songs were played.[2] In August 2008 the station assumed its current format.[3] The station now features many genres of music and often uses the catch phrase, "Tunes 92.5; We Play It All!"

Personalities include Adam Cornell, Pam Summers and Johnny 'Keegan' Tunstall.
