WOGA (92.3 FM, "92.3 The Buzz") is a radio station broadcasting a Pop Contemporary Hit Radio music format.[1] Licensed to Mansfield, Pennsylvania, United States, the station is currently owned by Kristin Cantrell, through licensee Southern Belle, LLC, and features programming from Citadel Media.[2]

On June 2, 2017, WOGA changed their format from Hot AC to classic hits, branded as "WOGA in Tioga".[3]
