Wah Engineering College (WEC) is located in Wah Cantonment, Punjab, Pakistan. It is a constituent college of the University of Wah. The university was established under "The University of Wah Act 1950 (Act IV of 1950)".[1] The institute was established in 1985 by Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) welfare Trust.

At the time of establishment, the college was affiliated with the University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila. After the establishment of University of Wah in 2005, the affiliation with UET Taxila was cancelled and the institute became a constituent campus of the new university.

The college has highly qualified foreign and local faculty and fully established and well-equipped labs for all departments. The degrees awarded by the college are recognized by Higher Education Commission (Pakistan) (HEC) and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).[2]

Transport

Pick and drop services between hostel and campus are available. The college provides limited services to the students residing in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. In addition, a bus service from the POF Welfare Trust is available.
