Walton H. "Walt" Bachrach (1904–1989) Born in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was an American politician.

He served for seven years as the Republican Mayor of Cincinnati. He succeeded Donald D. Clancy as Mayor when Clancy resigned after his election to the United States Congress in 1960. Mayor Bachrach was of Jewish heritage. He died in 1989.

Married to Ida Mae he had two children, Martha Bachrach (younger) and Margaret Bachrach (older).
