The Western Michigan Broncos baseball team is a varsity intercollegiate athletic team of Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan, United States.[2] The team is a member of the Mid-American Conference West division, which is part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division I. Western Michigan's first baseball team was fielded in 1911. The team plays its home games at Hyames Field in Kalamazoo. The Broncos are coached by Billy Gernon.
