White Sea Throat

White Sea Throat (Russian: Горло Белого моря) is a 90 km-wide a strait, located at 69°09′00″N 40°20′00″E / 69.15000°N 40.33333°E / 69.15000; 40.33333.

It separates Kola Peninsula from Mezen Coast, and connects the White Sea in the south-west with the Barents Sea in the north-east.
