  • Coverage and factuality: 6
Some good external links, but no obvious referencing. Seems to cover things well.
  • Writing style: 7
Mostly good, though some parts could be cleaned up a bit
  • Structure: 7
Generally very good, but the lead contains too much information not detailed within the main article
  • Aesthetics: 9
Nice images and a good layout.
  • Overall: 7

Some of the writing needs tweaking to better grab and maintain attention, but the article is generally of a good standard. violet/riga (t) 20:29, 26 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

As said by the above user, there are some great external links, but only one referene. Nothing is inlined.
  • Writing style: 8

There were a few confusing statements, and the "recent sightings" sub-section felt a little repetitive.

  • Structure: 5
There are also way too many subheadings under "Extintion", which should probably get more info from the oversized lead and be renamed "History". It's probably best to take out the link to Jurassic Park.
  • Aesthetics: 8

What's with that image to the left right at the top? Can't we see the one in the taxobox? Move that down, and check out the Commons to see if there's anything else.

  • Overall: 6
Needs an overhual on the layout as far as images, sub-headings, and the lead. Get a bunch more references.
