He is the founder and majority shareholder of Green Arrow Capital, a financial group specializing in alternative investments in Europe, and the founder and president of E-Gap, the world’s first off-grid super-fast charging station.

[edit]In 2012, Eugenio de Blasio[3] founded Green Arrow Capital, one of the leading Italian Asset Managers aimed at bridging the gap between the financial system and the real economy. The company specializes in alternative investments with a focus on sustainable growth through Clean Energy & Infrastructure, Private Equity, Private Credit and Real State. Under de Blasio's leadership, Green Arrow Capital has grown into one of Europe’s prominent financial platforms, actively managing a wide array of funds that promote economic development in line with environmental sustainability goals.
One of the company’s key initiatives is the Green Arrow Infrastructures for the Future Fund (GAIF), launched in 2020. The platform also includes a fleet of 100% electric vans and the E-GAP Trolley, a portable charging system for emergency use.[4]
