Oppose. Since it sounds like the photographer wants feedback - I think that this picture and the one you linked to have approximately the same amount of enc value. And yours may be more artistic and a nicer shot overall. However, I would personally oppose them both because as other people have said, while a truly beautiful shot, I don't think its enc value lets it be one of the best pictures on Wikipedia.
