Reason: She's a notable singer, which is enough in its own right, I think, and File:Josephine Fodor-Mainvielle Litho.jpg was the image previously in use, which is a really good reason to fix things, I think. As for the art itself, since she predates photography, I'd say it's probably one of the best representations of her we're likely to get. It's on the upper tier of lithographs. I'm just hoping the current slump at FPC is over - seriously, almost nothing's getting voted on - but I'm also aware that lack of activity here is a problem as well, as people don't check if there's no activity....
