Rum

A decent, referenced and increasingly stable article that has had many contributors. Now we need some input to get it in shape for FAC. ike9898 21:03, Jun 7, 2005 (UTC)

• In addition to the need for images mentioned on the talk page, a section on rum in culture is needed. Obvious information for this section includes Robert Louis Stevenson's Treasure Island, tiki culture, Rupert Holmes' Escape (The Piña Colada Song), and Rum and Coca-Cola by The Andrews Sisters. The Well-known brands section may also need to be spun off to a seperate article to minimize the level of national pride that keeps creeping bank in to the section over time. --Allen3 ^talk 00:11, Jun 8, 2005 (UTC)
