childrens video

Hi I'm looking for a children's video I saw a couple of years back. 2 kids and their dog get sucked into a coloring book. Theres this lady in black and white clothing who says all the color went away because everyone in the land was fighting. they have songs like "we're here because we're herE" down by the bay" and "we're here because we're here" in it. thanks, --Gary123 00:57, 7 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
