Name of an Anime

I've been trying to find the name of an Anime I saw a month or two ago, but I've had absolutely no luck. Its about a boy who is the unluckiest person in the world due to a curse, and an angel comes down from heaven to help him. My memory is pretty bad, so I really an't remember much except the angel had lots of halos. One on top of her head, some at the sides, some at the sleeves of her dress. When she came from heaven, she didn't know how to walk very well, so she fell over a lot. Sorry, I know its not a lot to go on.
