Decision of the Mediation Committee[edit]

  • Reject: Fails prerequisites for mediation #4, "The parties must have first engaged in extensive discussion of the matter in dispute at the article talk page," and #8, "No related dispute resolution proceedings are active in other Wikipedia forums". This is a case pending before Articles for Deletion (case page is here which is, in effect, a dispute resolution procedure. Maakhter should make his case for retention at that page.
