This is not entering my citations correctly its changing their numbers when i click re use!

When I try to publish my changes to the article, I am told that I cannot because An automated filter has identified this edit as potentially unconstructive, so it has been disallowed. If this edit is constructive, please report this error. Disruptive behavior may result in being blocked from editing. Report error."
It does not tell me what exactly the error is, so I do not know how to proceed to submit my assignment.

When I make sure I'm logged in and try again it just gives me an error message. If I don't publish it, my professor cant see it and this is not good.
