• It seems to have taken about 10 days. Unfortunately another editor put a blog reference into the article before it was reviewed and effectively took the credit for the submission.

Do you have any suggestions to improve the process?

• YES! Lock the article as and when submitted so that a) no-one can tamper with it as above and b) no-one else can get the credit for it and c) the reviewer can't fail it on unfounded reasons and then pass it when these are pointed out, saying "You did a good job fixing that" when I had done ABSOLUTELY nothing. I take COMPLETE and UTTER exception to fraud and I recommend, in the strongest possible terms, that you take this person off review work. Either they are way too busy or they don't care. Whichever it is, it caused me four hours of work and huge stress. I don't think that's good for any of us.

Mustafa Barakat, Al Jazeera English TV’s Senior Interpreter/Legal Translator. Egyptian, born in Mansoura, Egypt in 1970. Received regular education in government schools. Holder of Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of Mansoura, in 1992. Moved to UAE in 1993 where he started working as a legal translator in one of Dubai’s leading legal firms. Was selected by the UAE Ministry of Education to teach English to Secondary School students in 1995 where he served for five years. in 2001 he joined Khaleej Times, one of the UAE leading English dailies, where he worked as a translator and reporter. In 2004 Mustafa Barakat joined CNBC Arabiya TV as an interpreter and presenter. In 2006, he was selected for the launch of the Doha based Al Jazeera English TV station, where he is still holding the same position till date.

• It was 8 days from the time I first submitted to the time the completed article as it stands now. But some of that was my own working through the article, cleaning it up, etc.

The search term misty unit is not listed.This refers to failed double glazing when moisture appears between the two panes of glass. This is caused by the seal holding the panes together on the perimeter failing. Please

scarlett-rose is a not so famouse wrier she has writen poetry since she was 9 and had her first poem published when she was nine in a book called younge writers as well when she was 10-11 shw wrote her first movie called a rose full of blood but never got in published instead she kept it to her self from 11-12 she started to take a passion in to writing emotional poery and strong speeches from that see wrote all most every day when she turned 13 see started a band with anna pickering anna playing piano and scarlett singing scarlett now goes to coombe but befor see was home schooled soon after in the school there was a creative writing compotition what see won out of her intire year but a girl in year nine beat her over all the teacher that choose her was elling her how much she loved the poem but said that most of the speling ws all wrong that was when she said she was dislexice it was hard for her because sheloved to write and see dident want them to think diffrent but they took it well and wanted to help her so from there scarlett-rose giles has done well and fo any tips of scarlet-rose find her on twitter @scarlerocks10
