While one of the newest aircraft in the Royal Australian Air Force's fleet, the six C-17 Globemaster transports which entered service between 2006 and 2012 have proven to be highly successful. The aircraft have operated around the globe, and have played an important part in disaster relief and supporting Australian military operations in the Middle East.
This article was assessed as a GA in April, and has since been expanded and copyedited. As such, I'm hopeful that it now meets the A-class criteria. Thank you in advance for your comments. Nick-D (talk) 08:28, 26 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
