Hello everybody,

I was asked to say a few words here, and I'd like to take this space to thank everyone for what they've done for the project in these last months. Whether you realize it or not, we really can't go on without our wonderful members, and this has been especially true recently. I joined the project in late 2010, when it was mostly run by Mono, WikiCopter and Guoguo12. As of now, WikiCopter is the only one of those three who is even slightly active, and yet we've grown exponentially and had our two most successful drives in the last four months. None of that could have happened without your participation, and so my hearfelt thanks goes out to all of you. I'd especially like to thank Ryan Vesey and Kerowyn for being willing to jump right into the behind-the-scenes stuff just weeks after they had originally joined. Anyway, here's to our continued growth - may we last as long as the rest of Wikipedia does. :)

Happy wikifying, Nolelover Talk·Contribs
