Club Updates
[edit]- No workshop tonight! Instead, the Spanish & Portuguese Edit-a-thon happens tonight at 5 PM in Hagerty Hall Room 160. The goal is to translate Wikipedia articles from Spanish and Portuguese into English. Wikipedia Connection is pleased to be a supporter of the event, and we welcome our members to both participate and help facilitate the event.
- Wikipedia Asian Month 2016 has officially kicked off! Organized by our very own Addis Wang, Wikipedia Asian Month is a month-long online edit-a-thon where hundreds of editors from all around the world write thousands of articles on various Asian topics. Here in Columbus, we'll be hosting our own offline edit-a-thon to support the event. Join us at Wikipedia Connection's Wikipedia Asian Month Edit-a-thon 2016 on November 16th, from 5:30 to 8:30 PM in Thompson Library room 150A/B. If you plan on attending, please take a few moments to RSVP here!
Wikipedia Tidbit of the Day
