This is a follow up to an online beginner course in Wikipedia editing which was offered to friends of Consumer Reports in early 2015. Participants from that are invited back for more fun.

This is the central site where participants can find information about each week’s courses, resources to assist you in your training, and regular updates from about the training overall. We suggest you do two things with this page:

  1. Every Monday before our Tuesday class, make sure to visit the page and check the “Updates” section for any relevant updates.
  2. During every class, have this page open.

Remember, classes occur ONLINE Tuesdays at 1pm ET/ 12pm CT/ 11 am MT/ 10 am PT and will last 1 hour.

Here are class dates -

  • Tuesday May 26
  • Tuesday June 2
  • (skip Tuesday June 9)
  • Tuesday June 16
  • Tuesday June 23

This training is a project from Consumer Reports. Consumer Reports is a United States nonprofit organization which seeks to share information with consumers so that they can make informed purchase decisions. Its "nonprofit network" is mostly informal, and may include anyone who wishes to share information about consumer choices. Should you have any questions or concerns, feel free to either contact Lane (user:bluerasberry) or Christopher directly or pose it to the full group using the listserve email address (cuwikipediacorps@groupspaces.com).
