- This doesn't seem like a very sincere nomination, you're asking people to give up their time to review an article you don't think is gonna pass, topping it off with language like "I don't really care". Ryan4314 (talk) 16:22, 22 September 2009 (UTC)
- I'm asking people to participate in a FAC that I don't think they will take seriously. I know it sounds weird. Sorry about the "I don't really care" thing, I wrote that because if reviewers feel insulted (perhaps because the article isn't at FA standars) they could just oppose. Maybe the lead was a bit harsh, my apologies, but, I mean, you can always try.--Music26/11 03:59, 23 September 2009 (UTC)
- There are no requirements to take an article through PR or GAC before coming to FAC, as long as you are confident that the article meets all the requirements (nor is is necessary to explicitly state that you haven't done so). I never go through GAC anymore, and I rarely use PR. Karanacs (talk) 19:53, 6 October 2009 (UTC)
- Well this is a bit of an experiment for me. I agree with Karanacs; I'm sorry I did not express that I think the article meets the criteria in the lead. I do.--Music26/11 18:15, 7 October 2009 (UTC)
