Proposal to mark historical

Mark as historical. Dough4872 06:23, 1 January 2013 (UTC) I propose that this process is marked historical. Today, a peer review was closed after a year and a half with no comments. This is the definition of a dead process. The function of this peer review is redundant, to some degree, to both WP:PR and WP:HWY/ACR (the latter of which we have had problems keeping staffed even without reviewers splitting their time between here and there). I am not really sure of a situation in which HWY/PR is more suited to the task than either of the mentioned processes; therefore, marking it historical makes the most sense. —Scott5114 [EXACT CHANGE ONLY] 09:04, 17 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
