Samu Stern

[edit]

Not sure about why almost every Wikipedia page on Jewish leaders during the Holocaust who were coerced, arrested, and tortured by Nazis are overwhelmingly negative and often downright slanderous. Just came across https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samu_Stern as an example. The criticism of his and Kasztner’s failure to publish protocols is bizarre since they were living in an oppressive totalitarian state and targeted directly by the Nazis. In spite of antisemitic conspiracies, they did not own all the presses or have free rein in terms of communication at the time. In fact, they were threatened with extreme measures, not just against them personally, but against countless individuals. Elleoneiram (talk) 14:29, 21 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Is it necessarily slanderous to just acknowledge that these leaders are controversial or viewed as collaborators? 208.223.193.114 (talk) 14:11, 25 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I also note there's no project bander there although it's in related categories. And is this the most appropriate place to post? Doug Weller talk 16:38, 9 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
