Citation needed[edit]

Some of this stuff about song lyrics and such seriously needs a citation. Certainly there are a large number of sites online with lyrics to complete songs which they do not own - explanation? Also, this essay has the problem that it confounds stylistic recommendation and laws. We should be clear what the law lets us get away with and what it doesn't. Beyond that, we should be very skeptical of policies that hinder the ability of editors to cite relevant text from sources as they see fit. Wnt (talk) 18:48, 2 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
