What this page needs most urgently, is a proper lead paragraph that explains in one short sentence what the topic of the article is. At the moment, it lists a few attributes, but doesn't really explain clearly what it is. The next sentences of the lead paragraph should explain why it's notable (i.e. is it famous or important?)

Then, the article needs structure: What was the history of the endeavour? Who started it, who sponsors it? Which famous people have come through it or out of it?

There is a lot of detail here about specific projects within SPARCK, which would not be relevant to most readers. This needs to be trimmed, or the article will seem like promotion or self-indulgence.

Take a look at any relatively good article on Wikipedia, e.g. Speakers'_Corner for some ideas on style and content that would be more normal in an encylopedia article. --Slashme (talk) 21:09, 7 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
