Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Hungary/ "hungarians in roumania"

I can not refere to books, my remarks come from "daily life in roumania" by hungarians However it is a means to verify the reality of the text-- history is easy to re- write Some people do not belief there was a holocaust for instance

I find the statements in the text influenced by roumanian interpretations/ views Remarks that are made by other people do reflect this critique also like writers mentioned were not neutral, regios wer not roumanian as stated so easily etc

Examples of life in roumania for hungarians Hungarians for instance were NOT allowed to speak their mother tongue during the communiste regime If they did they were for instance not allowed to school They had to change their names into roumanian sounding names

The text is too subjective and should be deleted as a whole

Importance problem

[edit]

I've just started to check the assessments of the Hungary-related articles, and I must say I find many interesting things. For example: some towns have mid importance (Szekszárd, Kiskőrös, Hódmezővásárhely) while others have only low importance (Veszprém, Komárom). What is the difference? Why one is mid important and the other is low important only? Some other "failures": John von Neumann is low, but Béla Bánáthy (who is he?) is mid. Tamburica is mid, but Hortobágy is mid, too. Matyas Bel is mid but John Hunyadi is only mid, too?? --Perfectmiss (talk) 18:56, 16 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
